The role
At Iman, we are looking for an Occupational Risk Prevention Administrative Assistant to join a company located in Olleria. The selected candidate will provide support in document and administrative management related to occupational health and safety, ensuring compliance with current OHS regulations.
What you'll do
Functions:
-Management and filing of preventive documentation.
-Coordination of medical check-ups and OHS training.
-Control of documentation for workers, contractors and subcontractors.
-Support in the preparation of risk assessments and prevention plans.
-Follow-up on incidents and workplace accidents.
-Coordination with external prevention services.
-Handling of CAE platforms (Coordination of Business Activities).
