The role
At knowmad mood we are looking for an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Product Owner with demonstrable experience in the definition, launch, and evolution of AI-based products and solutions that have moved past the concept phase and are in production.
You will join an AI adoption corporate project, collaborating with global teams, technical, business, and compliance profiles, contributing to value generation through AI solutions that are ethical, secure, scalable, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll do
AI product management: lead the complete lifecycle of AI solutions, from identifying opportunities to the prioritization and continuous management of the AI Hub backlog.
Driving and leading the adoption plan: act as a catalyst for AI adoption within the organization, defining operational processes and driving project implementation in non-technical teams.
Coordination and alignment: serve as a liaison between business areas, technical teams, data, IT, and other key stakeholders.
Guaranteeing responsible AI: ensure that AI products and projects comply with ethics, security, and regulatory principles (e.g., EU AI Act), translating them into functional requirements and actionable features.
Impact measurement: define and monitor product and adoption plan KPIs, ensuring business impact and the correct evolution of solutions.
Governance and processes: participate in the design and application of governance and adoption models that guarantee responsible and effective use of AI.
Working in agile environments: active participation in Scrum/Kanban ceremonies when necessary.
