Level 3 Response Analyst

Qualification: Bachelor's or Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar

Knowledge and/or experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Experience with EDR/XDR technologies, platform administration, and troubleshooting. Mainly in the PaloAlto XSIAM solution.

• Experience in managing alerts escalated from levels 1 and 2.

• Experience in incident management across different environments (On Premise, Cloud, Containers).

• Experience in automation of tasks and processes related to security alert and incident management (SOAR)

• Advanced knowledge of Mitre ATT & CK framework techniques.

• Advanced knowledge of cyber kill chain phases.

• Advanced knowledge of communications and networking.

• Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, UNIX), active directory, and databases.

• Knowledge of forensic analysis.

• Knowledge of vulnerability management, prioritization, and mitigation.

• Experience in preparing executive and technical reports.

• Knowledge of incident management.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Ability to organize people and work.
• Pass the proposed technical test. (On Premise, Cloud, Containers).

Competencies:

• Hold certifications related to technological risk, cybersecurity, or auditing. For example, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, CHFI.

• Experience in Cybersecurity Management and information security for clients in the banking sector or large companies.

• Critical thinking with high capacity for observation and analysis.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Good planning capacity and orientation towards both objectives and processes.

• Office automation knowledge.

• Attitude and orientation towards quality and detail.
