Salesforce Project Manager

• Strategic CRM Management: You will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Salesforce, ensuring that the platforms are fully aligned with the business's strategic objectives.

• Analysis and Solutions: You will identify operational and business needs and efficiently translate them into functional requirements and robust technical solutions.

• Platform Development and Integration: You will manage CRM development (flows, client records, and call management), ensuring effective connectivity and an integrated Salesforce architecture with the rest of the corporate systems ecosystem.

• Advanced Projects and Artificial Intelligence: You will lead technology projects from conception to closure, incorporating and integrating Artificial Intelligence solutions for process optimization.

• Stakeholder Management and Methodologies: You will coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and key company areas (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service), applying agile methodologies (Agile/Scrum) or Waterfall to ensure strict compliance with deadlines, budgets, and KPIs.

• Change Management and Adoption: You will drive training and support plans to ensure rapid adoption and highly effective use of the tools by end users.

Your opportunity We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager at our Madrid offices. Reporting directly to the technology area, you will be the key piece to lead technological change and the company's CRM strategy. Your mission will be to manage end-to-end implementation projects, maximizing the potential of our tools and integrating innovative solutions to optimize our relationship with our clients.

• Academic Background: University degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines. Master's degrees or certifications focused on the commercial or customer service area will be highly valued.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of prior experience leading technology projects and managing CRM platforms.

• Languages: B2 level of English (ability to work professionally).

• Essential Technical Knowledge

• Solid experience and expert command of Salesforce and CRM tools.

• Knowledge of cross-platform application development.

• Experience working with Navision Business Central is a plus.

• Database proficiency (SQL) is a plus.

• Strong command of Agile Methodologies and Scrum.

• Desirable Criteria: Experience with management tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira will be positively valued.
