Requirements

What we're looking for

Experience in managing and monitoring incidents in telecommunications environments.
Basic knowledge of mobile networks and telecommunications infrastructures.
Experience coordinating field technicians, contractors, or maintenance providers.
Ability to manage work orders and monitor actions.
Knowledge of site infrastructures: power, HVAC, cabling, or radiating systems.
Experience working with operating procedures, SLAs, and ticketing tools.
Organizational capacity, monitoring, and management of multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders.
Knowledge of Excel and management tools.

Nice to have

Previous experience with operators, maintenance companies, or telecommunications contractors is valued.

The role

What you'll do

Manage incidents related to mobile network infrastructures.
Coordinate and monitor technicians and maintenance companies intervening in the field.
Generate and supervise work orders until the correct execution of actions.
Monitor resolution times and service level agreements.
Coordinate with different technical areas to ensure service restoration.
Validate the correct execution of the work performed by field teams.
Manage documentation, evidence, and updates in corporate tools.
Participate in the monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance.
Detect recurring incidents and collaborate in the improvement of operating processes.
Contribute to service continuity and quality through efficient management of field actions.
