Real Estate Data Analyst

At Carrefour, we are a team of people passionate about the Customer, always eager to learn and innovate, and at this moment within PROPERTY, we are looking to hire a Digitalization Manager for Commercial Management with the objective of guaranteeing the integrity, updating, and digital exploitation of the database of the more than 500 leased assets of Carrefour Supermercados. Your mission is to transform contractual documentation into business intelligence through asset clustering, segmented reporting, and process standardization, ensuring a fluid connection between the operational reality of the stores and the legal-patrimonial support.

Main functions:
-Formalization of New Procedures: Design and document digital protocols for the registration of new contracts and addenda, ensuring that all patrimonial information follows a standard and efficient workflow.
-Asset Clustering: Execute portfolio segmentation (by owner type, region, format, or rent brackets) to allow comparative analyses that facilitate decision-making for the Operations Manager.
-Segmented Reporting by Format: Prepare and maintain dashboards that break down key performance indicators (KPIs) of rents according to the brand.
-Interactions with the Legal Department: Coordinate the documentary flow with the legal area to ensure that every contract or addendum signature is immediately translated into an update of the management systems.
-Digitalization of the Tenant Portfolio: Take responsibility for the upload and maintenance of contracts in the systems (e.g., Altaix or SAP), guaranteeing that no discrepancies exist between the physical document and the digital data.
-Preparation of Templates in Automation Tools: Manage the mass completion of templates (in Docxpresso or similar) for official communications with the 500+ lessors (work notifications, renewals, etc.).
-Management of the Technical Documentary Repository: Ensure that each digitized asset has its updated technical documentation (plans, licenses, IBI), acting as a central point of information for the rest of the departments.

We would love to meet you if you have:
-Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or Higher Vocational Training with specialization in Administration/Systems.
-2-3 years in patrimonial management or real estate asset management.
-Advanced proficiency in patrimonial management tools (Altaix, SAP RE) and the Office suite is essential.
