The role

At CATALONIA HOTELS & RESORTS, we need to recruit a Assistant Housekeeper to work in one of our hotels in Málaga.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate the daily work of the housekeeping team, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
Review and control the cleanliness status of rooms, common areas, and service areas.
Organize the distribution of tasks and monitor daily work plans.
Control stock levels of linen, amenities, cleaning products, and operating materials, managing necessary replenishments.
Communicate and follow up on incidents and breakdowns detected in rooms and common areas.
Manage lost property and coordinate its correct registration and custody.
Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper in the planning and organization of the department.
Provide training, support, and guidance to newly hired staff.
Substitute for the Executive Housekeeper in their absence, ensuring the correct functioning of the department.
