Requirements

What we're looking for

Training in Labor Relations, Labor Sciences, or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a position related to labor and payroll management.
Solid knowledge of contracting, Social Security, the DELTA system, workers' compensation insurers (mutuas), and labor inspections.
Organized, responsible person with the ability to work autonomously.

The role

At Grupo Crit, we are selecting a Payroll Technician to join the labor department of a company in the automotive sector on a permanent basis.

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for the labor management of the workforce, performing the following functions:

Preparation and management of payrolls.
Processing of employment contracts.
Management of registrations, terminations, and modifications in Social Security.
Preparation and submission of social security contributions.
Management of labor incidents.
Processing of workplace accidents through the DELTA system.
Coordination and management of procedures with workers' compensation insurers (mutuas).
Preparation of documentation and handling of labor inspections.

How you'll work

Standard schedule from 8:30 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 18:40.
Possibility of taking one hour for lunch and finishing the workday at 17:40, ensuring department coverage.
Summer intensive schedule, from June 15 to August 31, from 7:00 to 15:00.
