Some occasional availability outside of working hours is required to attend to critical incidents.
Beyond business skills, we look for talented professionals who want to demonstrate and experience their potential by opening possibilities with us. It is your curiosity, team spirit, and commitment that will make the difference.
At Cegid, we are a European leader in AI-driven business management solutions in the cloud for Finance professionals (treasury, tax, and ERP), Human Resources (payroll and talent management), and Retail.
In a constantly evolving environment, we help our clients turn their projects and ambitions into reality thanks to useful and innovative solutions.
Within our Enterprise division, you will contribute to the development of Human Resources and Payroll solutions that leading organizations use every day to manage critical processes such as talent selection and onboarding, payroll management, treasury, and regulatory compliance.
Artificial intelligence is at the heart of our solutions: it helps reinforce the security and efficiency of critical processes, leverage the value of complex data, improve information reliability, and accelerate decision-making in environments where every detail counts.
You will be the bridge between our infrastructure, security, and service availability needs, and the technical capabilities of our managed cloud provider. Your mission will be to ensure that our platforms operate optimally, securely, and scalably, solving complex problems and ensuring an excellent experience for our customers within a team of 4 people.
As a Cloud Engineer, you must:
Efficiently manage the cloud provider, supervising their activities, planning tasks, and ensuring they meet the defined service standards.
Plan and execute Change Management, avoiding technical debt, keeping systems updated, and managing changes outside of business hours when necessary.
Prevent and resolve incidents, acting autonomously to resolve them within the defined times and maximizing customer satisfaction.
Ensure the correct sizing and security of the infrastructure, applying the security department's guidelines and controlling cloud capacity.
Collaborate with the team and other departments, following internal processes, contributing to a good working atmosphere, and guaranteeing fluid communication.
The position is offered through a fixed-term contract of 6 to 12 months and will be located in our Las Rozas offices.
