• Record to Report Expertise: You master R2R financial processes and possess a solid understanding of accounting, closing, consolidation, and financial reporting issues.

As part of a major transformation of its operating model and its IT department, Cegid is creating an IS Process Owner position dedicated to the Record to Report (R2R) domain in order to strengthen the alignment between Finance challenges and information systems. In close partnership with the Business Process Owner, you will carry the IS vision for R2R financial processes and contribute to their simplification, automation, and performance. The position is based in Lyon, Paris, or Madrid, within the Information Systems Department, with strong interactions with the Finance and IT teams.

Drive the IS transformation of the Record to Report process in order to secure and simplify financial operations, while improving the efficiency and quality of financial management. 

• R2R Strategy & roadmap: you define and drive the IS roadmap for the Record to Report domain by aligning technological evolutions with Finance transformation priorities.
• Governance & execution: you work with the Business Process Owner to challenge and prioritize needs, particularly related to accounting processes, closings, consolidations, and reporting. You facilitate decision-making and support the implementation of transformations defined in the roadmap.
• Transformation & automation: you identify levers for simplification and automation to secure financial operations and reduce manual tasks; you provide a true vision regarding the impact of AI on R2R.
• Architecture & data: you ensure the consistency of solutions and data flows within the R2R domain to support robust and integrated financial processes.
• Management: you manage a team of 3 to 5 people within your functional domain.
