Payroll Functional Consultant

• Degree in Labor Relations, IT, or similar (minimum higher vocational training; a university degree will be valued).
• Experience in Payroll and HR functional consulting, preferably in the public sector.
• Knowledge of the complete payroll cycle, Social Security, IRPF (Income Tax), and Spanish labor regulations.
• Optionally, technical knowledge (especially SQL) that allows you to complete your tasks efficiently.
• Ability to manage the direct relationship with the client, understand their needs, and offer adapted functional solutions.
• Proactive profile, customer-oriented, with communication, teamwork, and efficient task management skills.

What are your main objectives as a Payroll Functional Consultant? 

Provide functional and legal support to the client in the use of the Payroll and HR software, ensuring the correct adaptation of the application to regulatory changes and the specific needs of each organization. You will be a key reference in legal interpretation, functional parameterization, and product evolution, collaborating closely with development, support, and end-customer teams.

As a Payroll Functional Consultant, you must:

• Attend to and resolve functional incidents related to the use of the application.
• Gather client requirements and analyze functional adaptations of the product.
• Configure and parameterize the Payroll module according to client needs.
• Functionally document the different areas of the application and new developments.
• Perform functional testing prior to the release of updates.
• Analyze legal changes and collaborate on their correct implementation in the software.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of the product and in functional evolution projects.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure service quality.

We are looking for talent to join our teams in Madrid or Sant Cugat del Vallès, though you can also join in a remote modality from Spain.
