Tax Software Support Administrator (Ekon XRP)

• Education in Finance, Taxation, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or related fields. 
• Previous experience with ERP or financial management solutions. 
• Functional knowledge in finance, taxation (VAT, corporate tax, installment payments, ...), accounting, treasury, management control, or budget management. 
• Ability to analyze incidents and resolve technical and functional problems with team support.  
• Good communication skills, customer orientation, and ability to work in a team.  
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ease in learning new tools and ERP systems.  
• Native Catalan and English with a minimum B1 level.   

• Valuable technical knowledge in Java and SQL

Your main objectives as a Tax Software Support Administrator?

We are looking for a Customer Support professional to provide support to our clients in the Ekon XRP ERP modules (Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Treasury, Budgeting, etc.).

As a Tax Software Support Administrator, you must: 

• Attend to and resolve client doubts and incidents through various channels (telephone, email, or in person). 

• Diagnose, analyze, and solve technical problems using the knowledge base. 

• Inform and guide users in the implementation of appropriate solutions. 

• Register and document all interventions and actions performed. 

• Escalate incidents and coordinate with internal teams when necessary, prioritizing urgent cases. 

• Prepare activity reports and stay up to date on XRP products and systems. 

Position based in our Sant Cugat del Vallès offices.
