• Procure-to-Pay expertise: You master end-to-end P2P processes and understand the challenges related to purchasing, ordering, receiving, supplier invoicing, and payments.

As part of a major transformation of its operational model and its IT department, Cegid is creating an IS Process Owner position dedicated to the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain in order to strengthen the alignment between Procurement and Finance challenges and information systems. In close partnership with the Business Process Owner, you will carry the IS vision for the Procure-to-Pay process, from the expression of need and purchasing through to the processing and payment of supplier invoices. The position is based in Lyon, Paris or Madrid, within the Information Systems Department, with strong interactions with the Procurement, Finance, and IT teams.

Drive the IS transformation of the Procure-to-Pay process to simplify and automate the purchasing journey, ensure the reliability of transactions, and improve end-to-end operational efficiency.

• P2P strategy & roadmap: you define and drive the IS roadmap for the Procure-to-Pay domain by aligning technological evolutions with Procurement and Finance priorities.
• End-to-end processes: you work with the Business Process Owner to simplify and optimize the journey from purchase requisition to the processing and payment of supplier invoices.
• Transformation & automation: you identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and AI to streamline transactions, limit manual tasks, and strengthen operational efficiency.
• Integration & data: you ensure the consistency of the solutions, master data, and data flows that make up the P2P ecosystem and guarantee process continuity.
• Governance & execution: you unite Procurement, Finance, and IT stakeholders, facilitate decision-making, and support the implementation of the transformations defined in the roadmap.
