The role

What will your mission be as a LOCAL GAMING OPERATOR (ADRA)?

Manage the assigned store, with the objective of ensuring the quality of betting services and with the purpose of achieving budgeted sales targets and caring for the brand image.

What you'll do

Supervise the correct development of gaming activities, supervise the condition of the establishments under your charge, order and maintenance, solving any type of incident that occurs in the stores and ensuring a correct application of the rules to obtain maximum profitability in gaming activities.
Drive the achievement of sales targets, periodically controlling any possible deviations that may occur and implementing improvement actions, with the purpose of proposing corrective actions that guarantee their achievement.
Ensure the quality of materials and any other element that represents the brand image under the business quality standards. Execute marketing recommendations.

What do you need to be our ideal candidate?

Education: Vocational Training (FP-2)
Experience: Between 3-5 years in the Retail Sector
