Currently, we have our own Fraud Analysis team to meet the demands of a well-known banking client in Spain. The team is based in Gijón and surrounding areas. Job mission: You will be the first line of defense against financial fraud. Your goal is to analyze operations in real time, identify suspicious patterns, and execute security protocols to protect our clients and associated entities.
Monitoring and Analysis: Attention to and management of alerts generated by the Prevention System in real time.
Execution of Protocols: Manage critical blocking/unblocking actions and user dissociation following established protocols.
Incident Management: Generation of tickets for unrecognized operations and reporting of anomalies in prevention tools.
Communication: Notify clients and entities regarding the status of the managed accounts and users.
Reporting: Preparation of daily reports on activity and managed alerts for the continuous improvement of the system.
