The role

Are you passionate about the IT world and interested in continuing to develop your career as Helpdesk in stable projects?

What you'll do

User support: Act as first and second level of contact for the rapid and efficient resolution of IT incidents for 80-90 employees.

IT Procurement: Take charge of the purchase, reception, configuration, and assignment of new devices, peripherals, and licenses for users.

Mixed environment administration: Configure and provide technical support for both Windows and macOS operating system equipment.

Application Support: Assist users with doubts and incidents related to the company's CRM, managing access and problem resolution.

Maintenance of updated hardware and software inventory.
