The role

At Infortec we continue to grow and are looking to hire a Microcomputing Technician with at least 2 years of experience in user support to join a technical team and provide on-site support.

If you like resolving incidents, helping users, and working with Windows environments, this opportunity could be for you! 🚀

What you'll do

💻 Configuration, preparation, and imaging of equipment.
👤 Management of user permissions and access.
📦 Installation and configuration of applications and programs.
📁 Management of access to shared folders and network drives.
🖨️ Installation and configuration of printers.
📶 Configuration and support of access points (AP).
🛠️ On-site technical support for users and incident resolution.
