The position requires a profile with a solid financial foundation, the ability to work autonomously and, especially, professional experience working with Anglo-Saxon companies, groups, or stakeholders, whether in person or remotely.
The selected person will regularly participate in financial reporting in English directed at our Anglo-Saxon shareholders, so we are looking for a high level of English and mastery of financial and accounting English.

- Prepare financial reporting in English for Wilmington Group and our Anglo-Saxon shareholders, participating in financial meetings and discussions when necessary.
- Collaborate in monthly and annual accounting closings, reconciliations, and adjustments under IFRS standards.
- Review and update accounting policies and procedures in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Group requirements.
- Provide support in financial consolidation processes.

At Conversia, we believe that the best decisions are born from rigorous analysis and from people who know how to interpret data.
Here you will have the opportunity to be part of a team with a strategic vision, participate in growth projects, and work in an environment where your work will have a real impact on the evolution of the business.
If you are looking for a stable project with a career path where your financial analysis contributes to driving strategic decisions, we want to meet you.
What are we looking for?
Professional with a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar and approximately 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, controlling, financial audit, group reporting, or similar functions.
We especially seek experience in international and/or Anglo-Saxon environments, with real professional exposure to English-speaking teams, matrices, shareholders, or clients, and the ability to work with financial and accounting documentation in English.
Solid knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial closings will be necessary.
We will particularly value:
- Solid experience or knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 15.
- Experience reviewing or updating accounting policies in accordance with international standards.
- Previous experience in financial reporting to international groups, matrices, or shareholders.
- Background in service companies, SaaS, international groups, or Big Four firms.
- Advanced Excel, including pivot tables and the creation of financial models.
- Proficiency in Power BI and ERP.
Financial English: relevant requirement
The position requires a high level of English, ideally high B2/C1, with the ability to work autonomously in an international financial environment.
We are not looking solely for a conversational level: it is important to be able to prepare and present financial reporting in English, explain results and deviations, hold meetings with Anglo-Saxon interlocutors, and handle financial and accounting terminology with proficiency.
What competencies do we value?
We are looking for a person with high analytical capacity and attention to detail, organized and autonomous, capable of managing different priorities and working with demanding reporting deadlines.
- It will be important to have clear and professional communication, both with financial and non-financial profiles, as well as a proactive attitude to detect risks, inconsistencies, errors, and opportunities for improvement in financial processes and information.
