Order Management Technician

At Pick & Pack Systems, a logistics operator belonging to the family group Corporación Jiménez Maña, we are currently looking for an Order Management Technician, capable of monitoring operations, coordinating with suppliers and customers, and ensuring that processes are carried out efficiently. This is a position to cover a long-term medical leave replacement at our headquarters located in the Polígono La Isla, in Dos Hermanas, Seville.

• Manage and monitor orders, from receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure compliance with established deadlines.
• Verify order information and keep data updated in the management systems.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve any incidents that may arise during the process.
• Maintain fluid communication with the various stakeholders to guarantee the correct development of operations.
• Control documentation associated with orders and collaborate in the improvement of management processes.
• Collaborate, when necessary, in tasks related to international purchasing and imports.

• Training related to Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or similar.
• Previous experience in order management, logistics administration, procurement, or similar functions.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems or management software.
• Valuable experience in imports, international supplier management, and customs documentation.
• Valuable knowledge of English for communication with international suppliers.

• A person with good communication skills, active listening, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Possessing negotiation skills will be a plus.
