What you'll do

  • Control and management of suppliers for the maintenance and technical-legal compliance of technical inspections in managed assets, as well as tenders and contract management on behalf of clients.
  • Monitoring of the budget and control of asset expenses.
  • Support in the coordination of the preparation and supervision of the capex plan for each asset.
  • Review and approval of expense invoices charged within or outside the budget, where applicable.
  • Support in the audit of service providers.
  • Visits to assets and monitoring of suppliers' work.
  • Control and monitoring of utility contracts and energy consumption, as well as support for clients on ESG platforms.
  • Operational relationship with tenants
  • Support in sustainability certifications with the corresponding team.
  • Control of compliance with contractual obligations by tenants regarding fit-out works, licenses, and private maintenance.
  • Preparation and monitoring, in coordination with the rest of the internal team assigned to the asset, of the settlement of common expenses and meetings with tenants, where applicable.
  • Knowledge of the management mandate agreed with the client for its management and supervision of the tasks set out therein.
  • Collaboration in reporting to the client, in coordination with the Client Finance & Lease Management and Property Management areas, ensuring that all reports committed under the management mandate are sent to the client on time and in proper form.
  • Collaboration with the rest of the C&W departments involved in the asset, where applicable (e.g., Agency, Capital Markets, Project & Development Services, etc.).

  • At least 1 year of experience
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English (B2/C1)
