Job Description

We are looking for an M&E Engineer with experience in the design, coordination, and supervision of installations to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for technically leading installation projects, ensuring the correct integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and specialty systems with the architectural design, and ensuring compliance with quality standards, current regulations, and schedule and cost objectives.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout all project phases, from conceptual design to construction management.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering client requirements
• Preparing conceptual design of installations
• Supervising and coordinating basic, permitting, and execution projects
• Managing construction supervision
• Ensuring that projects in which you participate meet the quality standards required by C&W
• Ensuring that completed designs meet specific regulatory requirements
• Ensuring that projects are completed according to the schedules and costs agreed with the client
• Staying up to date with specific regulations applicable to projects
• Updating the library of catalogs and materials
• Staying up to date with new trends in materials and solutions applicable to projects

• Demonstrable experience as an Engineer of at least 3 years
• Education: Preferably an Engineer and/or equivalent experience
• English: Advanced

• Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Specific calculation tools for the design of installations
• Proactivity, flexibility, learning ability, teamwork, and multitasking

Job Description Summary

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Instalaciones con experiencia en el diseño, coordinación y supervisión de instalaciones para incorporarse a nuestro equipo. La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar técnicamente los proyectos de instalaciones, garantizando la correcta integración de las disciplinas mecánicas, eléctricas, hidráulicas y especiales con el diseño arquitectónico, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, la normativa vigente y los objetivos de plazo y coste.

Trabajará en estrecha colaboración con clientes, consultores, arquitectos y contratistas durante todas las fases del proyecto, desde el diseño conceptual hasta la dirección de obra.

• Supervisión y coordinación de proyectos básicos, de licencia y de ejecución
• Realización de direcciones de obra
• Asegurarse que los proyectos en los que participa cumplen con los estándares de calidad requeridos por C&W
• Asegurarse que los diseños realizados cumplen con los requerimientos normativos específicos
• Asegurarse que los proyectos se realizan según plazos y costes pactados con el cliente.
• Mantenerse al día de las normativas especificas aplicables a los proyectos
• Actualización de biblioteca de catálogos y materiales
• Mantenerse al día de nuevas tendencias a nivel materiales y soluciones aplicables a los proyectos
