What we're looking for

Absolute mastery of the essential IT tools used in day-to-day operations (tablet and other mobile devices).

Required

Essential: completed FPII/CFGS or upper secondary education (or BUP+COU).
User-level IT skills and mastery of mobile technology.
Intermediate level of English.
Driver's license.

Nice to have

Knowledge of HORECA sales support circuits.
Knowledge of SAP and transactional systems (Datamart, Board, SAP BI, etc.).
Experience in a commercial department.

The role

Integrated into the Hospitality Sales department, you will be responsible for meeting beer and water sales objectives in the assigned area, within the parameters, efficiency objectives, and commercial profitability set annually. Additionally, you must meet the set objectives for acquiring new draught installation customers and meet the brand penetration % objectives for key brands in establishments.

What you'll do

Your main responsibilities will include:

Identification, negotiation and acquisition of retailers (new and from competitors) with the aim of increasing sales volume in the assigned area.
Carrying out a minimum of 7-8 daily visits to points of sale in your management area for the introduction and follow-up of the product range with the retail customer (all product types).
Negotiation of all criteria that will subsequently be defined in the contract.
Efficient planning of commercial visits to retailers, as well as control, monitoring and achievement of the sales target.
Management of draft beer machine requests, as well as associated operational issues, managing resolution of incidents within the established timeframe.
Definition and maintenance of the census of competitor customers in your area.
Implementation in your area of the defined commercial plans (bucket promotions, etc.)
Delivery of point-of-sale material to hospitality establishments.
Management and control of assets (bottle racks, draft beer machines, etc.).
Entry into the computer system of the commercial conditions agreed with the retailer.
