Requirements
What we're looking for
- Between 5 and 8 years of professional experience in financial roles.
- Experience in Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Management Control, or Finance Manager positions.
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
Nice to have
- Experience or knowledge in advertising, communication, and marketing agency environments will be positively valued.
- Previous experience in Big Four and complementary training in Corporate Finance, Management Control, or Business Analytics will be valued, although it is not a fundamental requirement.

At Dentsu Madrid, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner.
The selected person will act as a strategic partner for the company's various areas, providing analysis, economic vision, and support in decision-making. They will work in close collaboration with leadership teams to drive profitability, optimize resources, and provide an economic perspective that contributes to the growth and development of the business.
What you'll do
- Act as a Finance Business Partner for different business areas of the agency.
- Analyze the profitability of clients, projects, and accounts, with a focus on margins, revenue, and costs.
- Manage and support forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and P&L monitoring processes.
- Participate in month-end closings, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement and convert financial analysis into clear and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with business leaders in commercial and operational decision-making.
- Build business scenarios and support financial planning.
- Contribute to proper financial governance of clients and projects.
Technical knowledge
- Proficiency in financial reporting, P&L, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
- Advanced Excel and proficiency in financial reporting tools.
- Ability to manage complex financial information and transform it into useful conclusions for the business.
Key Competencies
- Business orientation and understanding of the commercial and operational dynamics of an agency. Ability to influence and communicate with financial and non-financial profiles, including senior stakeholders. Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and results orientation.
