- Scrum Master
- Experience in application development with .NET
The role
We are looking for a Scrum Master profile who also has technical experience in .NET.
What you'll do
The functions to be performed would be, among others:
- Onboarding new hires.
- Management of permissions for new users to the work platforms.
- Agile and operating model training.
- Definition of company processes such as the IT DEV operating model, roles and profiles within the model, responsibilities, etc.
- Definition of standards such as, for example, guides on how to fill out Jira boards according to their typology.
- Definition of KPIs to measure progress in product analysis and development.
- Facilitating scrum ceremonies such as retros and providing support in the rest of the ceremonies.
- Identification and proposals for improvement for the department's processes.
- Prioritization sessions with BI to support portfolio creation and management.
- Creation of prioritization boards for Step 1 and Step 2.
- Management of impediments with other IT teams such as infrastructure.
- Generation of various reports according to the client's needs.
- Definition of department objectives for the teams.
How you'll work
The working modality is hybrid in Alcobendas, attending the client's offices (automotive sector) 1 day a week and 4 days remotely.
