What will you have to do?
The Scrum Master profile is integrated into the Transformation Area and, specifically, into the Project, Change Management, and Agile Department to actively collaborate in the definition and evolution of Agile methodologies, frameworks, and Lean-Agile practices in alignment with the Reale Group.
Some of the most specific functions of a SCRUM MASTER include:
Supporting the implementation of the Agile methodology within Reale Spain's agile teams. Facilitating events and ceremonies for agile teams
Guiding the progress and efficiency of the team's work
Collecting and using metrics to guide teams toward continuous improvement
Coaching agile teams to achieve self-organization and autonomy

What we're looking for
We are looking for professionals with a university degree, especially in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration (other educational backgrounds will also be considered), who have previously had the opportunity to develop their professional experience in a Scrum Master role with at least 3 years of experience, and experience working in the insurance sector will be highly valued.
The ideal candidate for the position must provide certification in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks. Additionally, they must have knowledge and use of general agile techniques such as user stories, planning poker, test-driven development, continuous integration, pair programming, and automated testing.
Regarding the tools that must be handled, these include: Microsoft Azure DevOps (Jira is also valued), Miro, and Microsoft Office.
The most outstanding competencies for good performance in this role are communication, customer orientation, teamwork, execution, resilience, and leadership skills.
A B2 level of English will be required, and Italian will also be taken into account.

What we're looking for
Buscamos profesionales con titulación universitaria, especialmente, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas (valorable otras formaciones) que, previamente, hayan tenido la oportunidad de desarrollar su experiencia profesional en un puesto de Scrum Master con, al menos, 3 años de experiencia, y será muy valorado haber trabajado en sector seguros.
La persona adecuada para el puesto deberá aportar certificación en frameworks Scrum, Kanban, SAFe. También, tener conocimiento y uso de técnicas ágiles generalizadas como son las historias de usuario, planificación de póker, desarrollo basado en pruebas, integración continua, programación en parejas, pruebas automatizadas.
En cuanto a herramientas que deben manejarse, se trata de: Microsoft Azure Devops (valorable Jira), Miro, Microsoft Office.
Las competencias más destacables para un buen desempeño del puesto son las de comunicación, orientación al cliente, trabajo en equipo, ejecución, resiliencia y capacidad de liderazgo.
Nivel de inglés será necesario a partir de un nivel B2 y se tendrá en cuenta italiano.
