The role
Reporting to the Telesales Manager, in this position you will be responsible for contacting and advising customers within the multichannel portfolio to drive sales, reactivate opportunities, and identify new business opportunities for DHL's various commercial channels.
What you'll do
- Prospecting and contacting customers within the multichannel portfolio, with the aim of promoting and selling DHL services, contributing to the achievement of sales objectives.
