Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher Level) or University Degree.
Intermediate level of English.
At least 1 year of experience in similar positions.
Good command of computer applications (email, spreadsheets, etc.) and digital environments.
A valid driving licence (category B) is essential.

We are looking for a Rental Sales Agent to complete our team, motivated and committed people who want to grow in the Rent a Car sector.

What you'll do

To welcome customers and provide service in line with the brand's standards.
Advising customers, managing their reservation efficiently and conveying positive energy, ensuring good service
Selling additional products that complement the customer experience
To check vehicles upon return of the rental, closing the customer experience positively in order to build loyalty.
Contributing your ideas and working as a team, ensuring a positive and welcoming work environment

How you'll work

Full-time schedule (40 hours/week).
Shift work: rotating morning and afternoon shifts.
