The role

We are currently looking for a Labor Relations and Payroll Technician for our offices in Madrid.

With a primary focus on the comprehensive management of payroll, personnel administration, and labor relations, ensuring the correct application of labor regulations and compliance with legal obligations.

What you'll do

  • Manage the complete payroll process, including the collection and review of variables, incidents, calculations, verifications, and monthly closing.
  • Manage registrations, terminations, contracts, contractual modifications, changes in working hours, compensation, leaves, leaves of absence, and other personnel movements.
  • Manage and review Social Security obligations, including SILTRA, social insurance, and corresponding communications.
  • Manage IRPF (Income Tax) withholdings and other obligations linked to personnel administration.
  • Guarantee the correct application of labor legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies.
  • Attend to and resolve inquiries from employees and managers related to payroll, hiring, working hours, leaves, vacations, and labor regulations.
