The role

At Sprinter, we offer you a gateway to your professional future. Our Internship Program aims to train and develop emerging talent across different business areas. To achieve this, we have designed a training itinerary in which we will assign you a tutor who will guarantee the quality of your training, ensuring that you make the most of your experience.

What you'll do

For our People department, we are looking to bring on a student or recent graduate to provide support to the Corporate Development (The Academy) and People Experience teams. Your mission will be to assist in the management of the company's training space and collaborate on internal communication actions that drive the employer brand and improve our teams' experience.

Support in the creation and design of training material (presentations, interactive guides, digital content).
Participate in the design and execution of internal communication campaigns and the energizing of activities for the team.
Support in the creation and layout of content for internal channels (magazines, announcements, newsletters).
Collaboration in the organization of internal events that drive Sprinter's employer brand.
Collaborate in the planning, organization, and logistics of training activities (in-person and virtual).
Management of access, user registration/deregistration, and resolution of basic incidents on our online training platform.
Organization and management of in-person or virtual training spaces (bookings, calls, attendance, logistics).

How you'll work

Working hours: 20-25 hours per week.
Mode: On-site
Location: Central Offices (Polígono de Las Atalayas, 03114, Alicante)

What are we looking for?

Students in their final year or recent graduates in Communication, Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, or similar.
English level: Minimum B2 (official certification is not required)
It is essential to have the possibility of signing an internship agreement with your university/school
