Requirements

What we're looking for

At least 3-5 years of experience in similar roles.
Solid experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud user.
Knowledge of: Journey Builder and email marketing campaign automation, segmentation and personalization.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

At El Corte Inglés we are looking for someone to lead the evolution of our processes and customer journeys, coordinating omnichannel communication and automation initiatives with a focus on improving the customer experience.

We are looking for a profile with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, capable of coordinating projects, managing priorities and team, acting as a link between business, technology and operations.

What you'll do

Main duties and requirements.

Lead and coordinate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Marketing Automation projects.
Manage and prioritize the work of a specialized team.
Design and oversee customer journeys and omnichannel communications.
Coordinate campaign execution together with business areas, technology and suppliers.
Drive process automation initiatives using AI tools and intelligent agents.
Analyze results and KPIs using Power BI and other reporting tools.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes, automations and customer experience.
Ensure the correct execution of communications and compliance with quality standards.
