The role

We are currently looking to expand our team with a Site Manager to carry out works in the Retail sector for our Area 3 subsidiary. The duties to be performed:

Analysis of the project and its feasibility. Planning and organization of the site.

Organization of the work

Hiring subcontractors, placing material orders

Proposal of suitable procedures, techniques, and means, as well as methods that improve performance and results

Verification of measurements

Cost control

Direct contact with clients and subcontractors

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture/Technical Architecture/Advanced Architecture

At least 2-3 years of experience, preferably in installation or construction companies

A minimum English level of B1/B2 is valued

Availability to travel.

Valued: proficiency in Autocad, Office, and occupational risk prevention (PRL) training.
