The role

The Property Acquisition and Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, acquiring, and selling real estate in the Valencia area that aligns with Equito's investment criteria. This role ensures that each investment is managed efficiently, legally, and transparently, maximizing profitability for our investors from the search through to post-purchase coordination.

What you'll do

  • Act as Equito's point of contact for property acquisition and sales in Valencia.

  • Search for, visit, and evaluate potential investment opportunities.

  • Sell real estate opportunities directly and through key partners.

  • Identify and propose new ideas for the department's improvement.

  • Secure new key contacts.

  • Analyze profitability and suggest potential space distributions or redistributions.

  • Negotiate with property owners and real estate agents to close deals.

  • Coordinate the entire property purchase process, including payments.

  • Follow up on renovation timelines and the executed project.

  • Validate transactions with notaries and legal advisors to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Manage post-purchase tasks such as setting up utilities (water, electricity, gas) and insurance.

  • Compile and organize all relevant documentation for asset management.

  • Coordinate renovation start dates and collaborate on the final distribution.

  • Prepare and present the final financial figures for each investment to stakeholders.
