Requirements

What we're looking for

Technical education: Engineering, Vocational Training in installations, electromechanics, electricity, or similar.
Minimum 3 years of experience in roles such as Site Manager, Installations Manager, Foreman, or Production Technician at an installation company.
Experience in hotels, luxury residences, hospitals, or highly complex technical projects.
Solid knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical installations (a multidisciplinary profile will be valued).
Proficiency with blueprints, measurements, and technical software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Presto, or others).
Availability for international travel and relocation.

Nice to have

International experience (LATAM or the Caribbean) will be valued.
A disability certificate of 33% or higher will be valued, in accordance with current regulations.

The role

At Estel, we are specialists in comprehensive installations (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, telecommunications, and trigeneration) in premium high-end hotel and residential projects.

We are looking for an International Installations Manager to join our international branches, leading the comprehensive execution of installations in large-scale projects.

What you'll do

Reporting to the International Production Management, you will be responsible for:

Planning, coordinating, and supervising the overall execution of installations (mechanical and/or electrical).
Ensuring the correct implementation of technical solutions according to the project.
Coordinating in-house staff and subcontractors across the different specialties.
Assigning tasks, overseeing daily performance, and managing resource needs.
Ensuring smooth communication with site management, architecture, engineering, and the client.
Carrying out financial monitoring: budget, certifications, and variance analysis.
Managing procurement, purchasing, and technical validation of materials.
Upholding quality standards and safety protocols.
Preparing progress reports, weekly reports, and the necessary technical documentation.
