Requirements

What we're looking for

🎓 A university degree in Engineering, Architecture or similar, as well as more than 3 years of experience in a similar position, will be valued.
🦺 Knowledge and experience in Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP).
👷 Experience in site management and people management. We are looking for someone capable of leading teams, being a role model, helping them grow, motivating them, and developing their talent.
💻 Accustomed to working with planning software programs.

What you'll do

👥 Leadership and motivation: you will direct and motivate the team of installers, fostering teamwork to achieve the established monthly objectives.

📅 Planning and organization: you will plan and supervise the assembly teams based on the installations, attending to sales volume and optimizing available resources.

🦺 Safety and prevention: you will ensure the distribution and correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and work tools.

🤝 Teamwork: you will maintain fluid communication with the rest of the departments to guarantee the success of each installation and the satisfaction of our customers.
