Job description

At Estel Engineering and Construction, specialists in comprehensive installations for high-end hotel and residential projects, we are looking to hire an HVAC Service Manager to ensure perfect maintenance service, both preventive and corrective, in the HVAC and Plumbing area.

What will your responsibilities be?

-Coordination and supervision of maintenance technicians (HVAC) in climate control
-Organization of work, planning of interventions, and follow-up of incidents
-Support in technical on-site work and maintenance when necessary
-Preparation of maintenance and corrective budgets
-Management and control of materials and orders
-Control of timekeeping, productivity, and team performance
-Direct liaison with clients and resolution of incidents
-Supervision of compliance with occupational risk prevention (ORP) on site

-Residing in Mallorca is essential
-Valid ORP (Occupational Risk Prevention) certification (valuable)
