Manager | Quality Manager

For an important company in the plastics industry located in Sariñena, we need to hire a Quality Manager to carry out the following tasks:

• Coordination and monitoring of the entire Quality and Hygiene system.
• Keeping management systems updated in accordance with regulations.
• Keeping system documentation updated.
• Managing documentation and records of the quality and hygiene system.
• Supervising and periodically controlling the condition of the factory, glass, structure, and cleanliness.
• Coordination, monitoring, and execution of internal audits for both quality and hygiene, and preparation of reports.
• Managing external quality audits, hygiene audits, and customer audits.
• Completing the follow-up report on objectives and the system review report.
• Reviewing non-conforming material across all processes and documenting incidents.
• Managing incidents and non-conformities (opening, follow-up actions, and closing).
• Managing customer complaints (opening, analysis, response to the customer, and closing).
• Managing customer returns (collection of material, refund, analysis, recovery, and return of recovered material).
• Managing supplier complaints and the return of raw materials.

•Preparing and providing refresher training on quality and hygiene materials.

• Supervision, control, and motivation of the team under their charge.
• Managing the schedules of the staff under their charge.
• Managing customer specifications (reviewing, signing, and entering them into the system).
• Completing customer questionnaires.
• Sending documentation and certificates requested by customers.
• Keeping all certificates in force.
• Making technical visits to customers.
• Person responsible for the PCO plan (Pest Control Operation: Disinfection, Disinsectization, and Deratization).
• Person responsible for the cleaning plan.
• Providing support to the Quality Director.
• Complying with Quality, Hygiene, Environment, and Occupational Health regulations.
• Comply with internal regulations.
• Among other tasks specific to the job position.

• Vocational training level 2 (FP2) in Quality Control or similar.

Spanish - Very High

English - Advanced

• At least 1 year of experience managing a quality area in an industrial company.

Para importante empresa del sector de industria plástica ubicada en Sariñena, necesitamos incorporar un/a Responsable de calidad para realizar las tareas siguientes:

• Coordinación y seguimiento de todo el sistema de Calidad e Higiene.
• Mantener actualizados los sistemas de gestión según normativas.
• Mantener actualizada la documentación del sistema.
• Gestionar la documentación y los registros del sistema de calidad e higiene.
• Supervisar y controlar periódicamente el estado de la fábrica, vidrios, estructura y limpieza.
• Coordinación, seguimiento y realización de auditorías internas tanto de calidad como de higiene y elaboración de informes.
• Gestionar las auditorías externas de calidad, higiene y auditorías de clientes.
• Cumplimentar el informe de seguimiento de los objetivos y el de revisión del sistema
• Revisar el material no conforme de todos los procesos y documentar las incidencias.
• Gestionar las incidencias y no conformidades (apertura, seguimiento acciones y cierre).
• Gestionar las reclamaciones de clientes (apertura, análisis, acciones, contestación al cliente y cierre).
• Gestionar las devoluciones de clientes (recogida material,abono, análisis, recuperación y envío material recuperado).
• Gestionar las reclamaciones a proveedores y la devolución de materia prima.

•Preparar y hacer la formación recordatoria en material de calidad e higiene.

• Supervisión, control y motivación de su equipo al cargo.
• Gestión de los horarios del personal a cargo.
• Gestión especificaciones de clientes (revisar, firmar y entrar en el sistema).
• Cumplimentar cuestionarios de clientes.
• Enviar la documentación y certificados que piden los clientes.
• Mantener en vigor todos los certificados.
• Hacer visitas técnicas a clientes.
• Responsable del plan DDD (Desinfección, Desinfectación y Desratización).
• Responsable del plan de limpieza.
• Dar soporte al Director de Calidad.
• Cumplir las normativas de Calidad, Higiene, Medio Ambiente y Salud Laboral.
• Cumplir la normativa interna.
• Entre otras tareas propias del puesto de trabajo.

• FP 2 en Control de calidad o similar

• Experiencia de al menos 1 año gestionando área de calidad en empresa del sector industrial
