The role

For an important company in the plastics industry located in Sariñena, we need to hire a Quality Manager to carry out the following tasks:

What you'll do

• Coordination and monitoring of the entire Quality and Hygiene system.

• Keeping management systems updated in accordance with regulations.

• Keeping system documentation updated.

• Managing system documentation and records for quality and hygiene.

• Supervising and periodically controlling the condition of the factory, glass, structure, and cleanliness.

• Coordination, monitoring, and execution of internal audits for both quality and hygiene, and preparation of reports.

• Managing external quality and hygiene audits, as well as client audits.

• Completing the follow-up report on objectives and the management review report.

• Reviewing non-conforming material across all processes and documenting incidents.

• Managing incidents and non-conformities (opening, follow-up actions, and closure).

• Managing customer complaints (opening, analysis, actions, response to the customer, and closure).

• Managing customer returns (collection of materials, refunds, analysis, recovery, and return of recovered materials).

• Managing complaints to suppliers and the return of raw materials.

•Preparing and providing refresher training on quality and hygiene materials.

• Supervision, control, and motivation of the team under their charge.

• Managing the schedules of the personnel under their charge.

• Managing customer specifications (reviewing, signing, and entering them into the system).

• Completing customer questionnaires.

• Sending documentation and certificates requested by customers.

• Keeping all certificates in force.

• Making technical visits to customers.

• Responsible for the PPC plan (Pest Prevention and Control).

• Responsible for the cleaning plan.

• Providing support to the Quality Manager.

• Complying with Quality, Hygiene, Environment, and Occupational Health regulations.

• Complying with internal regulations.

• Other tasks inherent to the position.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience managing a quality area in an industrial company.
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and methodical person at work.
Residence near the workplace is valued.
