The role

A company dedicated to the real estate sector needs to hire a Teleoperator in Madrid. The tasks to be performed are as follows:

1. Call the owners that we assign to you each day in HubSpot. It is a closed list; you do not have to search for contacts.

2. Introduce yourself, explain who we are and what interests us, and listen to the owner's situation.

3. If there is interest, leave them prepared so that our team can make the second call.

4. Register every call in HubSpot: who you spoke with, what you understood about the situation, and what the next step is.

5. Schedule callbacks and follow through on them.

  • You will have a weekly review with us regarding results and the quality of the records.
  • Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

TOOLS

  • HubSpot, our CRM. That is where the assigned owners are, and that is where every call is registered.
  • A calling system with artificial intelligence developed by an external provider. Calls are made from that system, never from a personal phone.
  • The person will have access to both tools and a prior course on how they work before starting to call. We do not ask for previous experience with them, but we do ask for the desire to learn them and use them with judgment.
  • You need your own computer, headphones with a microphone, and a stable internet connection at your home. The work is 100% remote.

What the person must be like:

This is what matters most to us, more than the CV:

  • Real active listening. Let them speak, do not interrupt, and repeat in your own words what they have told you before continuing. They are more interested in understanding the owner's situation than in delivering the message.
  • Empathy. Many owners are elderly people, heirs in the middle of a complicated family situation, or people who have gone years without thinking about that flat. They must know how to slow down, ask how things are, and not judge.
  • Handles "no" naturally. A rejection, distrust, or a "don't call me again" is accepted without insisting, without tension, and without affecting the next call. A polite "no" is also recorded correctly.
  • Calm and clear voice. They speak slowly, articulate, and do not sound like a call center voiceover or like reading a script. They sound like a person.
  • Patience and consistency. They make many calls a day in which most do not answer or say no, and they maintain the same quality in the last call as in the first.
  • Honesty in the message. They say who we are and what we want without embellishing or promising anything. If they do not know something, they say they will check; they do not make it up.
  • Rigor when recording. They note down with sufficient detail so that whoever makes the second call does not have to start from scratch.
  • Discretion. They handle names, phone numbers, and family situations of specific people, and they understand that it stays there.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Teleoperator.
  • We are looking for an organized and dynamic person.
  • Residence near the workplace is valued.
