Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Temporary agency contract for 2 months with the possibility of extension up to 10 months.
Remuneration: 17,094. Hourly wage 9.685 €/hour. For teleworking, once started, 1.68 € per day is remunerated.
Working hours 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday from 8:00 to 16:00. July and August from 9:00 to 16:00.
Local and regional holidays are worked (paid as holidays)
TELEWORKING: Initially on-site; depending on development, after a month and a half, it switches to a hybrid modality: 3 days at home and two in the office.

We are looking for Teleoperators for home insurance customer service and to handle the opening of claims.

What you'll do

Customer service for policyholders and verification of the contracted policy.
Opening of the claim and sending it to the claims handlers for follow-up and closure.
Information to the customer.
