We are looking for an organized, curious person with a desire to learn to join the People & Culture team and provide support in selection, onboarding, organizational movements, talent, training, and internal communication processes. πŸ‘₯✨

You will have a generalist view of the area and will collaborate with managers, employees, trainees, universities, and different internal teams, helping us offer a more agile, close, and caring experience.

What you'll do

As a People & Culture Trainee, you will provide operational support in some of the main processes of the area, contributing to ensuring that employees, candidates, and managers have a simple, coordinated, and close experience.

You will participate in processes related to selection, onboarding, organizational changes, talent development, internal communication, and training. You will also play a relevant role in the management and evolution of SUNTORY GEN, our trainee program.

Your work will help the team effectively execute day-to-day processes and have more time to develop strategic People & Culture initiatives.

  • Support the management of internships and trainee positions included in the program.
  • Participate in the creation and monitoring of new opportunities for students.
  • Coordinate the relationship with universities and training centers.
  • Collaborate in the formalization of agreements and training objectives.
  • Help design activities that improve the experience, learning, and connection between trainees.
  • Monitor the different stages of the program and keep its documentation up to date.
