About the role

We are looking for a Workplace Specialist for one of our clients located in Spain.

  • Permanent position as a Workplace Specialist
  • You will be part of a Technology Talent ecosystem

What you'll do

  • Administer and provide advanced support for corporate Workplace platforms.
  • Manage the complete application lifecycle: packaging, distribution, updates, and retirement.
  • Design, deploy, and maintain software packages and security patches.
  • Provide specialized support for Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Administer and support desktop virtualization environments based on Citrix VDI.
  • Manage incidents, problems, and changes using ITSM tools, following ITIL best practices.
  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents related to the digital workplace.
  • Coordinate technical escalations with manufacturers and technology vendors.
  • Participate in projects involving transformation, modernization, and evolution of Workplace environments.
  • Manage software assets using Software Asset Management (SAM) tools.

  • Administration of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
  • Administration of macOS operating systems.
