We are expanding our team and selecting a Project/Service Manager to lead the implementation and support of a Microsoft 365 environment and ITSM (PRINCE2, ITIL MP, ISO 20000), with extensive experience in a similar role, to join on a permanent basis in one of the teams that Between has implemented at one of our main clients.

Mission: Lead the global execution of the Microsoft 365 service for a Public Administration project, ensuring compliance with objectives, milestones, and contractual deliverables; as well as carrying out team management.

What you'll do

  • Direction and monitoring of the Microsoft 365 implementation project.
  • Management of the team composed of an M365 administrator and support, adoption, and change management specialists.
  • Main interlocutor between the client and the service delivery team.
  • Supervise the implementation, migration, and rollout of the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Manage the planning, risks, quality, and contractual compliance of the service.
  • Monitor service levels (SLA) and promote continuous improvement actions.
  • Prepare reports and participate in monitoring committees.
  • Supervise the governance, security, regulatory compliance, and best practice aspects associated with the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Coordinate adoption, training, and change management initiatives.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Technical Engineering, University Degree, or equivalent MECES 2 qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years managing Microsoft 365 or Digital Workplace implementation projects.
  • Experience in corporate environments of more than 1,000 users.
