Payroll Technician

You will receive a transparent salary of €2,129.14 gross per month and immediate incorporation into the position.

Your mission in this role

You will learn and develop in the comprehensive management of payroll and labor administration within a team in the insurance sector.

• You will process the complete payroll cycle, managing incidents, drafts, overtime, withholdings, and taxes such as Form 216.
• You will resolve staff queries regarding salary concepts and manage invoices for flexible benefits plans such as health insurance, car rental, or courses.
• You will prepare cost reports and data analysis with Excel to support the department's decision-making.

You will enjoy 4 days a week of working from home and only 1 day of presence in the office, coordinated with your team.

You will organize your workday by adjusting your start time between 08:00 and 09:30 h, and your finish time between 16:30 and 18:30 h, with a lunch break of 30 to 60 minutes.

You will have continuous in-person support during your first month to facilitate a progressive adaptation to the team and the client.

You will start with a 10-month contract with real possibilities of continuity and transition to a permanent contract.
