Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration (ADE), or similar (labor specialty).
It is essential to have at least 2 years of experience as a Payroll Technician: complete payroll cycle, Social Security, IRPF, RED System. Experience outside of payroll/labor will not be valued.
Advanced Office package.
Organized, methodical, and resourceful person, with communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
Proactivity and results orientation.
Immediate start.

Nice to have

Experience in SAP HR and management of large volumes of data is valued.

We are looking to hire a Payroll Technician within our Human Resources department. The person hired will be in charge of the complete payroll cycle within the assigned division.

What you'll do

Calculation of the complete payroll cycle.
Apply the agreements and adjustments of the different collective bargaining agreements and individual agreements to the payroll system.
Ensure compliance with payroll payments within the scheduled timeframe, as well as the correct execution of Social Security and IRPF procedures and payments.
Exploitation of the Payroll System, generating and analyzing relevant information: analytical and accounting imputations, provisions, personnel cost analysis, etc.
Personnel administration for the assigned centers: onboarding notes, contracts, expiration control, RED system, IT management, settlements, final settlements...
Management of an average workforce of 1000 employees, with administrative support.
Coordinate the collection of data from the different workplaces in your area: registrations, terminations, category changes, overtime, and variables for inclusion in payroll.
Guarantee the reliability of the managed data.
Permanently update knowledge and advise on matters of administrative personnel management.
