The role

A renowned consultancy in central Madrid is looking to hire a payroll technician with experience in A3 NOM and an indefinite contract.

What you'll do

Comprehensive preparation and management of the payroll cycle for a client portfolio.
Interpretation and application of various collective agreements.
Calculation and review of salary arrears, bonuses, variables, and other remuneration concepts.
Analysis and application of IRPF (Income Tax) withholdings.
Management of labor contracts, identifying the differences between various contractual modalities, including contracts due to production circumstances and contracts for services provided through temporary employment agencies (ETT).
Resolution of labor inquiries and incidents from clients, offering clear answers and technically grounded solutions.
Management of social security and other procedures related to the labor administration.
Guaranteeing compliance with current labor regulations and the obligations corresponding to each client.
Collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure service quality and compliance with established deadlines.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a labor consultancy or management firm, managing payrolls for different clients.
Experience in the management of multiple collective agreements and labor scenarios.
Solid technical knowledge in payroll calculation, arrears, bonuses, IRPF withholdings, and labor contracting.
Ability to interpret collective agreements and understand the basis of calculations and labor decisions.
Experience with A3 NOM.
A decisive, organized, and responsible profile with a customer orientation.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
B2 English level is valued, although it will not be an essential requirement for the daily performance of the position.
