Service Manager RBU and LV (Navalcarnero)

Essential training:

- University degree in Environmental, Industrial, Civil Engineering, or similar.

Indispensable IT knowledge:

- Office Suite (intermediate/advanced level)

- Driver's license.

Valuable training:

- Master's degree or specialized training in urban services management, environment, or waste management.

Required languages:

- Native Spanish

- B1 English.

What are we looking for?

Waste Collection and Street Cleaning Service Manager, for the Navalcarnero contract.

Their functions will be the following:

- Direct, organize, and coordinate the provision of the Street Cleaning and Urban Waste Collection service in Navalcarnero.

- Plan and supervise daily tasks, guaranteeing compliance with the contractually established service levels.

- Manage and coordinate the personnel assigned to the contract (foremen, drivers, laborers, and other operational staff).

- Perform the technical, operational, and economic monitoring of the service.

- Coordinate the material resources, machinery, vehicles, and facilities assigned to the contract.

- Act as the regular interlocutor with the City Council and other organizations related to the service.

- Supervise compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations, quality, environment, and other internal FCC Medio Ambiente procedures.

- Prepare monitoring reports, activity indicators, and documentation required by the client.

- Manage incidents, claims, and service requirements, proposing and implementing corrective measures.

- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of operational processes, promoting the continuous improvement of the contract.

- Participate in the planning of special campaigns, service reinforcements, and the implementation of new initiatives linked to the contract.
