At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in its sector located in Pamplona to find an HSE, Quality and Environment Technician for their offices.

· Ensuring that the Management System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the implemented ISO Standards.

· Reporting to Management on the performance and development of the System for review, including recommendations for improvement.

· Promoting worker information, consultation and participation throughout the organization and at all levels.

· Ensuring that awareness of stakeholder requirements is promoted at all levels of the organization.

· Taking action for the proper implementation and compliance with internal requirements derived from the management system.

· Conducting periodic reviews, internal audits and/or inspections; analyzing their results and supervising that those changes are implemented.

· Identifying operational control points. Planning, documenting, executing and recording operational control.

· Analyzing processes. Proposing changes.

· Coordinating with the different areas to ensure compliance with quality, environment and HSE requirements within the organization.

· Identifying and quantifying environmental aspects, health hazards and improvement ideas.

· Coordinating with the external Prevention Service of the company.

· Responding to customer requirements regarding environment and occupational risk prevention.

· Recording non-conformities, preventive and corrective actions. Monitoring their compliance and assessing with management whether the actions taken are effective or not.

· Monitoring compliance with system procedures and ensuring that processes are kept under control in accordance with the implemented system.

· Investigating accidents and incidents.

· Coordinating business activities in preventive matters with clients, suppliers and managers.

· Identifying legal requirements applicable to the organization and collaborating in their implementation.

· Maintaining communication with Public Administrations and other internal and external stakeholders.

· Promoting a positive culture regarding quality, environment and occupational risk prevention, as well as management activities, among all employees.

· Education related to the environment, HSE Technician (intermediate or advanced level), training in certification systems. Safety advisor qualification valued.

· Analytical skills and attention to detail.
