We are looking for a Lawyer Profile – Data Protection for an important multinational
Functions:
What you'll do
- Management of personal data requests — Full processing of ARCO Rights for the client and group companies.
- Mailbox management — Review, classification, and handling of emails related to data protection.
- GDPR complaint management — Handling and resolution of complaints linked to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
- LOPDGDD breach management — Identification, analysis, and processing of possible personal data incidents or breaches.
- Preparation of monthly reports — Preparation of monitoring reports on the activity carried out during the month.
- Communication and reporting to the client — Continuous communication with the client, activity reporting, and incident resolution.
Requirements
Lawyer profile.
Minimum experience: 1–2 demonstrable years in Data Protection.
Education: Degree in Law.
Languages: Spanish (excellent) and Catalan desirable
