What you'll get

Permanent contract.
Flexible hours:
- Monday to Thursday: Entry between 8:00 and 9:30, and exit between 17:30 and 19:00.
- Friday: Entry between 8:00 and 9:00, and exit between 14:00 and 15:00.
Salary open based on the experience the candidate brings.

Eulen Flexiplan is seeking a Stock and Production Manager to join their facilities in Guzmán el Bueno.

What you'll do

As part of the team, you will perform the following duties:

Participate in the process of designing new products and services. This involves liaising with relevant internal teams, estimating production and acquisition costs, as well as analyzing profitability to facilitate the development of new products.
Oversee the correct registration of articles and material categories (i.e., purchasing management, ISBN registration, and internal and external database records). Ensure compliance in product development.
Prepare the budget and production forecast for all relevant business lines across the company.
Manage the inventory and production budget and analyze potential variances.
Ensure correct reporting on paper usage in production (environmental reports).
Supervise the correct execution of all activities necessary to supply physical and digital products, in line with the profitability criteria of the Product and Services Plan.
Supervise the purchasing process required for service and product delivery, and resolve any issues to ensure availability.
Ensure correct parameterization of SAP/JD Edwards tools according to requirements, as well as the correct definition of warehouses and necessary stock for e-commerce, to ensure the online catalog is correctly displayed for sale.
Report on production KPIs and stock levels, and suggest improvements to the manager to ensure efficient and effective work processes.
Determine the staffing needs of your department, propose hires or dismissals, select new team members, and manage, train, evaluate, motivate, and develop staff in line with company policies to optimize team performance and attract and retain talent.
