The role

From Page Personnel we are looking for a Production Manager to join an important multinational manufacturer of electrical components.

What you'll do

Plan, organize, and supervise the daily production of the facility (manufacturing, assembly, quality control).
Ensure compliance with production targets in volume, quality, cost, and deadlines.
Manage production in small and medium series with high variability of references and configurations.
Optimize production processes, changeovers, and workflows (lean manufacturing, continuous improvement).
Manage production capacity (approx. 200 operators) and adapt resources to demand.
Lead, motivate, and train production teams (approx. 200 people).
Develop operator versatility to respond to the variability of series.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations.
Implement and maintain applicable quality standards (ISO 9001, CE marking, electrical regulations).
Budget control.
Analyze industrial KPIs (productivity, rejection rate, OEE, unit costs, changeover times).
Lead investment projects and the industrialization of new electrical products.
Implement continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, SMED, TPM).
Propose and implement automation and process digitalization solutions.
Reduce changeover times and improve production flexibility.
Draft and keep technical documentation and operating procedures up to date.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Electromechanical, Production, or Industrial Organization Engineering, or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a management position in industrial production, preferably in the electrical or electromechanical sector, with management of small/medium series and high variability.
Mastery of industrial production methods and lean manufacturing.
Experience in managing the production of electrical components (panels, wiring, subassemblies).
English B2.
Proficiency in planning tools (ERP, MRP, MES).
Financial analysis and budget control skills.
Proven experience in reducing changeover times (SMED).
