🧩 What knowledge do we need you to have to be able to perform your duties successfully?

• University education.

• Solid experience in Purchasing, Buyer Partner, Category purchaser or similar.

• Proficiency in key tools (SAP, Qlikview, Excel).

• Analytical capacity, commercial vision and negotiating skills.

• And above all: a partner attitude, a desire to influence, drive and ambition to leave a mark.

• Experience as a Trade specialist and/or FMCG KAM will be positively valued.

• English and/or French (B2/C1) is desirable.

As a partner Buyer, you will be the link that converts strategy into tangible value. Your mission will be to lead complex negotiations, ensure competitiveness for each category and guarantee optimal availability of products in a portfolio that exceeds 5,000 references between our own manufacturing and leading brands.

Your routine will be anything but routine. Here you will work as a technical and strategic business partner:

• You will analyze price elasticities, margins, rotations, life cycles and cost structures using tools such as Qlikview, SAP and advanced Excel.

• Category management and definition.

• You will monitor markets based on the assigned category, identifying trends, raw material increases, opportunities and risks that may affect your categories.

• You will negotiate agreements with partner suppliers that balance cost, margin, quality, service and deadlines, managing complex contracts with a medium and long-term vision.

• You will participate in periodic meetings to align objectives, review KPIs and design joint improvement proposals.

• You will manage supplier qualification processes, guaranteeing safety and quality standards.

• You will be responsible for the registration of commercial conditions, promotions and FIFOs, ensuring the traceability and accuracy of information.

• You will collaborate closely with the Procurement team to guarantee optimal stock levels, continuity of supply and a balance between efficiency and service.
